How to Add Zoom Meeting Links to Skedda Bookings

Connecting Zoom to your Skedda venue is simple. Here’s a snapshot of how it works:

  1. In Skedda, go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Find Zoom and click Connect Zoom
  3. Sign in as your organization’s Zoom admin
  4. Authorize Skedda to create meetings on behalf of your users
  5. That’s it. Zoom will now appear as a conferencing option for users when they create bookings on synced resources

Two important notes:

  • Zoom links can only be added to bookings on synced resources (Google/Microsoft)
  • Users need to belong to the same Zoom account (matching email domains) for meetings to be created under their names
