During our 10-year history, we haven’t raised prices for our customers. During this time, we released dozens of major product improvements, offered innovative features, five-star security and an all-star support team—at no cost!
While we previously offered a free plan, we are unfortunately no longer able to support the costs associated with it, and will be sunsetting it.
To catch up to significant increases in our cost base, reflect the value we have added, continue to invest in innovation, and provide you with the same reliable, fast, and secure service, we are charging a minimum fee to support the usage of the platform.
The price changes go into effect on January 1st, 2024. Before January 1st, you’ll be prompted to add a payment method inside your Skedda account to continue using the Skedda product.
If you do not add a payment method by then, your account will revert to read-only status and you will no longer be able to make any bookings.
The new Flex Subscription minimum starting price will be $49 per month. All existing customers on the free subscription will receive a transition discount of 20% for the first year, reducing your new price to $39 per month. Further, if you choose to be billed annually, you will receive a 15% annual discount, reducing your new price to $33 per month.

If you choose to add additional spaces in the future, after your first five spaces, the base price for your next 10 spaces will be $6.99 per space per month, and any additional spaces will be $5.99 per space per month (reduced by annual and transition discounts).
Yes! All current Flex customers with a free subscription will be receiving a one-time, 12-month transition discount of 20%. You will be eligible for an additional 15% annual discount if you choose to be billed annually.
