During our 10-year history, we haven’t raised prices for our customers. During this time, we released dozens of major product improvements (think personalized branding and enhanced quota rules), offered innovative features, five-star security and an all-star support team—at no extra cost!
To catch up to significant increases in our cost base, reflect the value we have added, continue to invest in innovation, and provide you with the same reliable, fast, and secure service, we are updating our Flex package pricing.
The price changes go into effect on November 1st, 2023. If you have a monthly paid subscription, you will not see any pricing changes until your November billing date. If you have an annual subscription, you will not see any pricing changes until your renewal date after November 1st, 2023.
The new Flex Subscription minimum starting price will be $49 per month. Your first five spaces are included, along with all the Core and Pro features you love, such as:
After your first five spaces, the base price for your next 10 spaces will be $6.99 per space per month, and any additional spaces will be $5.99 per space per month. For further detail and to calculate your exact renewal cost, click here.
Yes! Any current Flex customers who are seeing a price increase of more than 25% will receive a one-time, 12-month transition discount of 10%. Additionally, if you are currently paying monthly, you will be eligible for a 15% annual discount if you choose to be billed annually.
